| Jurisdictional Wetland Determinations and Delineations |
TEC conducts State and Federal jurisdictional wetland delineations (surveys) for both residential and commercial development. In the past 28 years, TEC has conducted thousands of surveys and assisted land owners with the ERP permitting for wetland impacts. TEC typically charges $300 or less for a wetland inspection on parcels under 5 acres and more for larger parcels. Insepctions can be completed in 1-2 days. The applicant may choose to have the FDEP (State) review the findings for verification/ county building permit purposes. NOTE: TEC does not require a boudary survey and sight line be cut for previously platted properties. |
| State and Federal Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP |
Obtaining Environmental Resource Permits requires a knowledgeable consultant who is familiar with local environmental conditions and ordinances. TEC assists land owners with applying for, and obtaining, Environmental Permits necessary prior to development.

| Listed Species |
Florida is comprised of over 58,000 sq. miles, and is home to approximately 110 different species of animals and many more plants, of "critical conservation concern" i.e. Endangered, Threatened, or Species of Special Concern. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission are charged with protecting and regulating impacts to these "listed" species. |
| Habitat Restoration |
Should Local, State and Federal permits not be obtained prior to environmental impacts to habitat, restoration activities may be required. The design of a restoration plan is important and can be critical to the restored habitat's overall success. |
